A position currently exists at Maidment Group for a for a full-time or part-time Graphic Designer with video editing skills. Applicants should be familiar with InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Adobe video editing programs.

Maidment Group is a Townsville based property development company, which specialises in residential development, new home design and construction, property investment and real estate services.

The successful applicant will work with the General Manager & Marketing Manager to deliver required marketing collateral for Maidment Group, including the Group’s sub-brands:

• M Land: Harris Crossing, Sanctum, Allendale & Mackinnons Reach (COMING IN 2025)
• M Homes
• M Residences: Marina Residences, Stanley Street Residences, Oxley Street Residences & Paxton Street Residences
• M Property Townsville
• M Scapes Townsville...and more!

Qualifications:

• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Proficiency in using social media platforms.
• Tertiary qualifications (or currently studying) in Graphic Design, Visual Communication Design, Creative Arts, Marketing or related field are desirable.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
