Congratulations, this marks the start of your new home journey. The initial meeting will cover your new home design, inclusions and how your build will sit on your block of land.

Quote and contract

The designer has completed your final plan, and our team have finalised the selections to provide you with a formal build price.

Colour selections

This is your opportunity to bring your dream home to life! Bring along your inspiration pictures or mood boards and our design team will help you bring it all together.

Pre construction

Our construction team will order your soil test, request your full set of working drawings from the Engineer and lodge your plans with Council to get your home ready for construction.

Construction is underway

The five stages of new home construction prior to settlement: Base, Frame, Fixing, Lock-up and Completion. Our team will communicate with you through each stage of construction.
