4. Base stage
The base stage is the first stage in the actual build of your home. It lays the foundation for the building that follows and involves excavation, land levelling, and installing the underground connections such as stormwater systems, plumbing, and electrical wiring that is required for your home. Once this has been complete, our builders can pour the concrete slab and the base stage is then complete.
5. Frame stage
The frame stage is an important stage of the building process. Making sure that the frame is level and square will ensure that the house is not built on an angle. 6. Lock-up/Enclosed stage

7. Fixing & fit-off stage
The fixing and fit-off stage of the home is usually rolled into one and includes the stage when all fixtures and fittings are installed in the house – making it ready for final occupancy.
Fixing and fit-off also includes connecting all the services to the house such as water, electricity, and gas.
8. Final build
Once the house is wired up and ready for living, it’s time to apply those final interior touches that make a house a home. This can include putting up drywall, installing doors and trim, painting, and laying flooring.
