You may have noticed there’s plenty happening at Sanctum at the moment...
The reason why?!?…Sanctum is proud to welcome the NEW Stage 21 ‘Blackthorn’ Release.
Construction is COMPLETE & ROADS ARE NOW OPEN with a variety of block sizes from 400sqm to 1033sqm and a selection of large lifestyle lots over 800sqm…that’s right, BIG BLOCK LIVING IS BACK AT SANCTUM!!!
Congratulations to the team from Townsville Earthmoving on a job well done! Great to see the Northern Beaches community continuing to grow and looking forward to more families call Sanctum home over the coming months.
