We are currently seeking an experienced Leading Hand Carpentry Supervisor to join our award-winning building company!

About the role

In this role, our ideal Carpenter will focus on high-quality workmanship in every project, representing M Homes Townsville's commitment to quality and client satisfaction.

Your duties will include but not be limited to:

• collaborating with the construction manger to ensure smooth project progress and delivery of the build on time
• helping to coordinate the activities of trades on-site and maintaining high standards of workmanship at all times

• following on-site safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all

What we're looking

• Full Australian working rights or permanent residency essential 

• Cert II or III in Carpentry or similar + current White Card essential

• Qualified Carpenter experience essential

• Proven knowledge of building codes, construction techniques and quality standards

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients & other stakeholders.
