EXCITING NEWS! The Federal Government HomeBuilder Grant will continue in 2021 with some changes:
From 1st January - 31st March 2021, the Grant will be reduced from $25,000 to $15,000
Construction commencement extended from 3 to 6 months
Valid for all eligible contracts signed on or after the 4th June, 2020
If you're a first home buyer you have until the 31st December to make the most of up to $45,000* in Government Grants... but you'll need to be quick!
