M Civil is the civil construction division of Maidment Group, and is responsible for the planning, delivery and maintenance of our residential subdivisions.

We are currently seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to join our team! 

About the Role:

With numerous projects underway and in the pipeline, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Civil Engineer with who shares our passion for the construction industry. This role will help produce accurate and timely cost estimates, oversee and coordinate the technical aspects of a project and support the project delivery team as a whole.

The ideal candidate will be meticulous in their work and ensure that all documentation is produced to a high standard and will demonstrate excellent communication skills, build strong working relationships with the team and our network of contractors, and take pride in upholding the company's values in all areas of their work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of civil construction works.
• Interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Conduct site inspections and quality assurance checks.
• Ensure compliance with WHS regulations and company safety procedures.
• Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Prepare progress reports, cost tracking, and site documentation.

About You:

• Degree in Civil Engineering (or similar).
• Experience in a site-based civil engineering role.
• Strong knowledge of civil construction methods, standards & codes.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• A proactive approach with strong problem-solving abilities.
• White Card, a valid driver’s licence and rights to work in Australia is required.
