Civil Construction General Labourer

With projects currently under construction and new projects set to commence later this year, M Civil Townsville is looking for skilled and general labourers to join the team.

About the Role: 

M Civil is the civil construction division of Maidment Group, and with multiple active projects and more in the pipeline, we are looking for people experienced who can assist with: 

• Support tasks such as concreting, trenching, formwork, and pipe laying
• Operate Tools and Equipment – safely use hand tools and small machinery, including compactors and concrete saws.
• Site Preparation and Clean-up – set up work areas, manage materials, and ensure the site remains clean and hazard-free.
• Support Infrastructure Installation – assist with the installation of pipes, valves, and components for water treatment systems.
• Maintain Safety Standards – follow WHS guidelines and adhere to safety and environmental procedures.

Skills & Experience:

• Experience working on civil projects 
• Previous experience as labourer
• White Card certification
