Update on COVID-19 Procedures in Sales Offices

Following the announcements from the Federal and State Governments this week, Maidment Group will be implementing additional measures in our Sales Centres for your safety.

Marina Residences, Harris Crossing, Eden Park Estate and M Property Townsville will transition to appointment-only consultations at our Sales & Information Centres.

We are still here to help you progress your home buying journey. This situation is impacting people in many different ways so please let us know if there’s anything we can do to support you.

Our Sales Professionals will remain available for consultations by offering private 1:1 appointments, phone and video consultations via Facetime, as well as LiveChat available on our website, www.maidment.com.au.

Additionally, Virtual Tours and videos of our estates, projects, and real estate listings will be available upon request.

As we continue to take every step to provide you with various communication channel options, we are also placing significant importance on the cleanliness of our Sales Centres. Each centre will be thoroughly cleaned after each appointment and all 1:1 appointments will be conducted in line with social distancing guidelines. We will also offer E brochures and send directly to your phone or computer.

Our number one priority continues to be protecting the health and well-being of our residents, customers and employees. We continue to closely monitor the latest advice from the World Health Organisation and the Australian Government.
