About the role
M Property Townsville is looking for experienced Real Estate Sales Professionals to join our expanding agency.
Primary responsibilities
Managing the sales campaign for private sales or auctions within the Greater Townsville Region
Conducting open for inspections
Communicating with vendors throughout the campaign
Liaising with internal support staff
Respond to enquiries & qualify customer leads
Manage and maintain customer database
Provide effective communication to clients about our suite of products, in a professional and positive manner
Contributing to marketing ideas to promote our products and reach our target audience
Build strong relationships with potential buyers, and internal & external stakeholders
Skills and experience
Must be currently selling existing homes in the Townsville real estate market
A proven track record in sales success
Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships
Knowledgeable on the current market and a high awareness of competition
Exceptional presentation and communication skills
