Move in without hassles

M HOMES Townsville has released ready built houses allowing buyers to avoid the hassle of building while still being able to move into a brand new property. 
The homes are in Reedy Lane at Harris Crossing and have three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a media room and feature high quality fixtures and finishes.
They are priced at under $400,000 and are eligible for the $20,000 First Home Owner’s Grant.
Maidment Group sales and marketing manager Nick Ryle said often the only options for buyers wanting to buy ready built new homes were display homes that often only catered to the high-end market.
“We wanted to provide first home buyers with brand new homes and we now have four ready-built homes,” he said. “There is a little variety to the floor plan so it’s not just pigeonholed for first home buyers leaving the rental market – they would also be great for downsizers. 
“The building process can be very stressful so this gives buyers access to brand new homes that are already built.”
Maidment Group has recently expanded their services and are also able to help with finance through their onsite mortgage brokers while buyers needing to sell their existing home have access to real estate agents though M Property Townsville. Larger homes with four bedrooms and double garages are also under construction to cater for buyers who need more room.
